Name, mother's maiden name, date of birth, country, identification document (when applicable), email, phone, and information provided in consultation requests. Data related to religion and spirituality, including oracular consultation records, is treated as sensitive data under Art. 11 of the LGPD, with restricted access and an audit log.

How we use your data

To perform and record oracular consultations, generate budgets and charges, manage scheduling, provide access to courses, and enable internal communication with the house administration.

Your rights

You may request an export of your data or the deletion of your account at any time from your dashboard, after logging in. Deletion requests are reviewed by the administration before being carried out.
